Glam Rock Star Lost!

Traci Michaelz of the infamous PEPPERMINT CREEPS was found dead in his hotel room in the early morning of Friday June 13th 2008. The 34 year old rocker performed at the Rock Star Bar and Grill the night before in Fort Worth Texas. The cause of death is unknown and an autopsy is currently being conducted.

The Peppermint Creeps Comprised of Traci Michaelz (Drums and Vocals), Macy Malone (Lead and Rhythm Guitar, and Lead Vocals) and Billy Blade (Bass Guitar), PEPPERMINT CREEPS have been played on National, Commercial and College Radio Stations all over the world. Genuinely American in their style and point of view, they're as popular outside the U.S. as they are in L.A. They attracted serious crowds in Italy, France, Germany and the UK. They recently headlined the recent Glam Attack Festival In Italy to a sold out crowd.

I remember when I first saw Traci back in the late 90's, I think during a Glitter and Glam Fest at the Coconut Teaser. He was special then. All his bands kept Glam alive and Peppermint creeps were fun to watch. Traci was a great promoter. If I am not mistaken you can see him at the first VH1 Rock Honors in the audience and I believe in the audience of another VH1 show. The last time I saw him was at his home away from home (for a lot of us), The Rainbow. Rock on Traci and thanks for keeping the Glam Spirit alive. You will always be remembered.
