Unto Kuivalainen Tribute

Tunsin Unton seurakuntanuorista. Olimme samoissa laivaristeily-lakkiaisissa 1965 Kallavedellä.

Vuosi sitten olin juuri muuttanut pääkaupunkiseudulle, ja tarkoitus oli ottaa yhteyttä. Sitten surukseni näin ilmoituksen hänen kuolemastaan.

Untosta jäivät hyvät muistot.

Dear Unto,

Now it is green tea picking season in Japan. Your tea tree which I planted last year is growing in very good condition. As you have deep knowledge of plants, I really wished to attend you to my green tea farm.

Since you were called to heaven last summer, we are already going to have forthcoming summer. During this time we have news to tell you.
We got second son last February. We gave him a name “Akira”. He grows up quickly and healthily.
As you can imagine, we are so busy night and day. Actually taking care of baby is a tiring job.
Change a baby's nappy hearing baby cry in the midnight, breast-feed, get him to sleep carefully in the bed, moreover our eldest son Takashi behaves in babyish ways….
However whenever we see Akira’s sleeping face, wipe his chubby hands and foot on a towels, he makes us completely happy.
I and Ritsuko often talk about you if our children could learn a lot from your most-advanced infotech, universal knowledge, your skill to live in harmony with nature, etc…

Unto, we bear in mind your kindness to our family. We are profoundly grateful for your good wishes to us.
