Victoria Anne Duncan Tribute

This is dedicated to more than my mother, the mother of a community, a woman who would give anyone anything they need if she had it to give, a woman who knew the importance of family and a woman whom you could call friend.  She became ill and went to the emergency room on February 1, 2006 - not to return home until April 25, 2007 when she made a decision that she was going to complete her journey of life surrounded by her husband, three (3) daughters and sisters by her side.  Her legacy will live on through those her loved her most.
