Showing she cared
With problems at home suffice it to say that Mrs Swain and two other wonderful teachers came to my aid, showing me that she really did care about and love me.
I remember how engaging and interesting she made the Sciences. World interests in "Space" were at an all time high--we were but a few years before man actually walked on the Moon. Mrs. Swain's teaching style was so interesting you could not help but enjoy her classes. We had fun, a lot of fun, but we learned all along the way.
