Willard Ray Nussbaum Jr Tribute

As a child my dad and I were driving around in his jeep one day when I saw a homeless guy walking. I asked my dad "daddy why don't you give him money so he can have food?" My dad chuckled and said, "because he'll just go out and buy alcohol and drugs with the money." I then said.."well why don't you make him a sandwhich?" Since then my dad became HUGE on feeding the homeless. I remember going to the burger stand in El Centro {which back then I think hamburgers were like $0.25 a piece so he'd buy a dozen and we'd go and feed the homeless. A lot of the homeless guys were people my dad has arrested before so they all called him "Searge" and instead of running from him they'd run to him. We'd actually get out of the jeep and sit with them and my dad would minister to them and have them tell me about their hardships brought on my drugs and such so that I would never get into them. My dad was truly an amazing man and helped a lot of people. I think Jesus is definitely rewarding him now =).
