I am a mother of a 17 year old son who also likes to play basketball and also stays out of trouble. Reading your story really touched my heart and I REALLY commend you on forgiving his murderers. I want you to know that although I never had the fortune to meet Junior, he sounded like quite a character and a blessing to you all. So as you have his memory forever, please remember that Junior is now with our King, Our Lord, Our Savior. He will forever be young, he will forever be beautiful, and he will forever live in your hearts. May God bless you and the rest of the Appiah family, and may Junior Rest in Peace Forever.

It is rather unfortunate and sad that you have to leave us such an early age. Death has robbed us of a great person with such talents. May the Lord sustain your family and give them strength through these difficult period.

I was soo shocked when my mom told me that junior died. I didnt believe it but it hit me when i saw his picture on the news. Junior wus like fam to me and i will never understand how people could take some one's life without hesitation. I can not be mad because i know that Junior is in a better place. Rest in Paradise Junior. You will always be in my heart

This is murder victim # 50 in the city I love. Why are we doing this to each other? I didn't know WJA, but I know I'm not alone in wishing his family the strength to overcome this tragedy. God bless.
