All About Yvonne
Mrs. Jenkins was born and raised in Philadelphia PA. She attended Bartram High School. On July 10th, 1943, Mrs. Jenkins married her Sweetheart, Raymond. They had 9 wonderful children. (3) girls~Punkin, Gerry, Diane. (6) boys~Raymond, Richard, Robert, Bruce, Bart, Thomas. Out of 9 children, they were blessed with 25 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren. Mrs. Jenkins loved everyone and she loved to tell stories. You could probably find her sitting in her chair crotcheting or knitting together outfits for all the grandchildren, or taking care of her spider plants. Rachel her rottweiler was always by her side. My Grandmother Yvonne Jenkins was truly one AMAZING PERSON!!!

Growing up with you in my life, has made me lucky to have a grandmother like you. You were there for me at times when I needed you most. Growing up with you in my life, it will never have to go. There are times that we have shared, those times I will miss the most. I feel very lucky to have you in my life today, the good lord has blessed me in so many ways. There has not been a time in my life that you were not there, today I look around and see you standing there. I have great memories of you today, I know there will be many more coming my way. You have always spoken with wisdom, you are a person that the stars above shine through. Grandmom, I couldn't imagine growing up in this world without you.

*Irish Prayer*
Until we meet again,
may God Hold you
in the palm of his hand
Those we love don't go away,
They walk beside us every day,
Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear.
************************
Those we love remain with us
For love itself lives on,
And cherished memories never fade
Because a loved one's gone.
Those we love can never be
More than a thought apart,
Far as long as there is memory,
They'll live on in the heart.
