Get your rest sweet. Bernie I love you but God loves you best my prayers are with your family

Wow didn't get this news till Oct 2010. What a tragedy his smile and comedy and his energy will be missed by million. But a huge amount from this Brit especially. You truly were a KING OF COMEDY. D.MUNT

It has been a little over 2 years since Bernie passed away...and like all that knew him, I still sorely miss him. Although I have both of his books, Bernie Mac Show sitcom on DVD, almost all of his movies and pretty much everything he has done, it is still not the same knowing that he is no longer with us. I miss seeing those pretty white teeth and the world's greatest smile!!! I have followed him for a long time and read and watched interviews and commentaries about him...not only was he a comical genius and a great entertainer and actor, this man was a humanitarian. Bernie helped lots of people, charities, organizations and universities that many people may not even know about. I am still coping with the loss of Bernie...so I can only try to imagine how Rhonda and Je'niece must feel. But, I hope that his family, friends and all who knew him know that his legacy/memory will forever stay fresh in my (our) mind. As he is on my screen saver and cell phone, I think of him everyday!!! Still, I wish I could see him one more time swagger across stage, pound his chest and belt out his signature phase, "I AIN'T SCARED...!"

I so love the Bernie Mac Show. I have an analog-convertor box but get the Mac every week-day after work. Thank God.
I think my favorite episode is the one where he has to host a kid's party complete with KID GERM TRANSMISSION!....no Vegas...poor Bernie!
Seriously, every time I see The Bernie Mac Show, I pray and bless his soul. And miss the man.

Bernie Mac was the KING OF COMEDY R.I.P. brother we all R gona miss U. ONE!

I did not know Bernie Mac, I do not know his family, but I loved his laugh and his show on T.V. No matter if you were Black or White, he spoke of everyone as family in more than one show, or on stage. I hope his family reads the messages on this site, as I would like to tell them that he will be remembered for being a truly great funny guy.
