I can't believe you are gone. It seems like just yesterday every site was saying you had entered the hospital and you would be released soon.

You left way too soon. I think you had so much more of your life ahead of you. I hope you are having fun with some of the other great comedians up there. R.I.P Bernie.

I was not an acquaintance of Mr. Mac's. I knew him only from the absolutely wonderful Bernie Mac Show, a show which was well written, well acted, absolutely classy, and
extremely underrated. Bernie could play the consumate egotist while having the joke be on him. He could bring a laugh from the most dire circumstance. He will be missed by
many who never knew him but would have liked to.

You lived your life with class and never made a fool of yourself. You can be proud of what you achieved in life by using your God-given talent of making people laugh. Your Television series was especially poignant and a cut above typical sitcom fare. We were all blessed by having you among us. May God have mercy on your soul and bless your child, wife and family. I am sure that you are in Heaven, playing Golf with Richard Nixon, Farnk Sinatra and Larry Hovis. Goodnight, Funnyman, and thank you.
