Living in Hawaii all my life has been a dream but coming every year to Hawaii was Dora's dream too and she always made it happen. Myself and Sonja Evenson taught Dora how to speak some english when we were in between taking our breaks a Diamond Head surf spot.
I just heard about this 2 months ago and had to find a way to let others know about this beautiful, funny and lovely friend. I have many pictures which I will download in January 2009.
We lost touch maybe 4 years ago and she was always going here and everywhere. I will miss her and I want to share pictures. I even have signed front cover shots I will share. It was a joke to sign cover shots and share them with each other.
Dora will be missed but her spirit will always be with me and the people she touched.
My Love,
Sherri Carney

It was fun to see her in different corners of the world.

We were friends from college, she was a special person and I remember
once when visiting her family in Romenia when she came back she would not stop talking about Dracula's Castle....she did not deserve to leave so soon...she was full of life and we will miss her badly....may peace sorround you while eternity last....love...Bia
