What stands out the most for me was Aunt Doreen's love and compassion for animals. Having been a foster mommy for decades, she took care of the injured and the unwanted, no matter the cost, time or energy. I will also remember her quirky sense of humour and always laughing. Oh, and staying up late watching scary movies and old classic television shows like The Twilight Zone, Outer Limits and Alfred Hitchcock Presents!
