Family History Month Tribute

The American tradition of Thanksgiving looms large with tables overflowing with turkey, sweet potatoes and pumpkin pies. As I child, I recall loud and almost chaotic Thanksgiving gatherings. We laughed, ate, napped and played cards. Now, living so far from my parents and siblings, I've attempted to create new traditions. It is not always easy. This year will be the first time in a number of years that both our nuclear family will be together. We will merge traditions with friends who will host us all. In fact, the promised feast sounds so good that the crowd is growing. __What are your Thanksgiving traditions? Memories? __Enjoy the moments!
