marmite mushrooms

slice up some 1lb and a half mushrooms in a pan, add 1 tablespoon of marmite , and cover with water.bring to the boil and simmer gently untill the mushrooms have taken on the colour of the marmite and the water has reduced to a sticky marmity gloopy sauce.

serve with a fry up, or sausages or even on toast as a snack.
