Respectance Contests

Ok Tia, I know I can't win this, but I thought I'd get in on the action. My most cherished memory is the day my boyfriend and I exchanged "I love yous". I didn't want to say it first and come off as a weirdo, so I ended up blurted out, " I love....it." To which he replied, "Ugh thanks. I love IT too." We've been together for a few years now and every time I think about how awkward and childish I was it makes me laugh. While I still get teased in just about every card he's bought me, over the years I've amassed a great deal of material to tease him about as well.
