There are some days when the grief just wells up and gets a good grip on my emotions. It seems to get "set off" my remembrances of things past. Just little things that remind me of that special someone. I've started keeping a journal of those moments, only to try to understand what sounds, sights or smells trigger my "Blue Meanie" moments.
