A. They loved music...mostly the oldies and gospel. They would sing together and dance around the house. They were the funnest parents anyone could ask for. They were my best friends!!!

A. My mama had 4 brothers and 3 sisters. My dad had 1 sister and 1 brother. My dads mom, brother, and sister are still living. My mom lost one brother 4 days before she died in May of 08 and another brother died in October 08. My mama and daddy had a son Donnie that died in the 70s. My mama experienced something many of us don't...thank God. She lost an child, her mother, her father, a sibling and a spouse...then shortly after she lost her own life. Looking back, I know God knew what he was doing. He knew she couldn't live on this earth without her soulmate (my dad)! I miss them, but I know they're in a much better place!!!!

A. My daddy was a great fresh water fisherman and told me shortly before he died that I woud not out fish him in my life time. We laughed...whenever we'd fish together he would always try and out fish me. We couldn't leave until he was one up on me. He couldn't stand it if I caught more than he did or if we were tied. He would stay until he caught more fish than I did, then he was ready to go. My mama really didn't have any hobbies. She loved sitting in her front yard watching and talking to her neighbors. Everyone loved my mama and she loved them. Her best friends was Susie. She loved Susie like a sister!
