The Unexpected
by Kaylee R. Williams

It was Thanksgiving
It was my grandma's birthday
It was November 27th, 2008

My nephew, Izaya
Only 5 years old
Left this world for a place called "Home"

He was playing with his friend
He was having a ball
When a toy fell in this place where he could crawl

He was a curious boy
And very brave, too
Here comes little Izaya to the rescue

He got to the toy
And much to his suprise
His whole life flashed right before his eyes

His little friend ran
As fast as he could
To tell my sister, but it was no good

It was too late
The damage was done
The little boy told her to call 9-1-1

Emergency! Emergency!
This is a code BLUE
Please tell me doctor this just can't be true

He was so full of life
Two minutes ago
Please, PLEASE tell me this really isn't so

He can't be gone
He's way too young
He has a lot left to learn, he coulda had more fun

He hasn't learned how to multiply
Or how to count to 100
He hasn't learned the Algebra that's really good for nothin'

He hasn't learned how to drive
He don't know much about cars
Except the ones he plays with out in the yard

He hasn't had a date
He hasn't been to prom
He hasn't been old enough to live on his own

He was my little buddy
He was my little friend
And I will always love him no matter what's supposed to happen

I'm gonna miss this little guy
I'm gonna miss his smile
I'm gonna miss the way he used to drive his momma wild

I'm gonna miss his little hugs
That were actually oh so BIG
He would wrap his legs around you and squeeze till you couldn't breathe

I know where he is
And that's where he's gonna stay
And him and I will DEFINITELY meet again someday

RIP Izaya
I will love you always and forever

A SonFlower grows in heaven

God in heaven so far away you gave me someone to love and borrow.
The time was special and filled with joy.
We shared every thing right down to his toys.
But the years only seemed like days.
Then you took what i borrowed away.
To put back in your garden.
A flower with a sweet smell and a look no one could touch.
Your garden is compleate for nowuntill you come back for the rest of us
.So until that special day.
Please Dear God water My SonFlower with Love every day

Memories

I will never forget

June Creedon Nov 24, 2011

I will never forget hearing the tragedy on the news. I looked up at the t.v. screen & there was your Grandma Melody being interviewed. I just happened to be in Indiana for the Thanksgiving celebration. I gasped when I realized that the little boy's tragedy I had heard about was my cousin. I called your Great Grandma Deloris & she confirmed what I had heard. The Frazier Family u never new came to your visitation to be with you & Your family. Such a tragedy to loose a child.

The little brother I never have had

Dustin S Aug 12, 2010

I never had a little brother, until one day I met Izaya, And we were like Two peas in a pod. I would help Tamie or whoever watch him in the nursery. I went away for awhile tofind out that the little brother I never had has passed. I was so devistated. I felt so bad, I blamed myself for not being there to see him or say that "I love you Buddy" and hear him say "you too" one last time. I feel bad to this day for not being there for him. I still cry everytime I think about him. I belive everyone who knew him as a new baby angle over them now. We all love you buddy. I love that little guy......

i love you Izaya, I love You Too Hayley

Hayley Lolmaugh Feb 27, 2009

I seen this little boy grow up. He was my little angle my babie doll. Every time my mom and me toke Morgan over to their house he would run to me or slowly walk i told him i loved him and he tells me he loves me too. Izaya always made thoughs days much britghter every time i seen that smile. I am still yet not over his death. But i know one day i will see him again. He was a boy who did to like the word no. So here is my memorys of this little angle to us all. May God keep him safe.

Beautiful Smile

Tamie Dec 04, 2008

I watched Izaya in the nursery at church for the first three years of his life. He was a very active little boy with a beautiful smile.

May God be with the family and give them comfort now and always.
