The first time I seen Jeff Healey Play about 14 years ago at Cayuga raceway one May 24 weekend he put on one hell of a great show that will never be forgotten, I only wish I had found the time to make it down to his Club in Toronto to see him play in recent years, R.I.P Jeff Your memory will live on in your Music forever, You have left a lasting legacy to this world
I saw him at a Coffee house in Oakville before he was know.. I always remember the peoples reaction to his unorthodox style of playing. That night he played a number of Beatles songs. I knew then that this guy was going places.
Angel Eyes. only an Earth Angel could have written that song, and sang it the way it was sung.
Just heard the tragic news and am deeply sorrowed by our loss, of Jeff.
My heartfelt condolences to Jeffs family and friends.
Angel Eyes reminds me of a period of my life in Edmonton. I was blessed to last see him play at The Yale in Vancouver years ago. The world has lost another legend.
