On the 13the anniversary of your death, your worldwide family once again pauses to celebrate your life and all your contributions -- to our planet and to each of us personally. I <3 John

My dad remembers when my mom heard that you had died, and so close to us too. It was three months after I was born. She was devestated. She and I are still very sad and miss you much. I have all of your songs on my iPod and listen to you on Grooveshark all the time. My favorite song of yours is Annie's Song. I sightread it on the piano and am going to try it on the clarinet next. I love your music and it's sad that none of my friends know who you are and what you did. They're 10-14, I'm 12, sad isn't it? Anyway, I wanted to see you in concert but you had to go and die. *snif snif* Right now I'm listening to Falling Leaves and I feel like crying.
Ok I can't bear to write anymore,
Love You Forever,
Ariel Escalante
P.S.- I may write again soon.
