Mallory Brooke Bomboy Tribute

Mallory was headed to softball practice thursday night (May 4, 2006) on a road she's traveled many times before. But on this fateful night, Mallory misjudged a sharp curve and hit a tree. Mallory was medi-vac'd to the hospital where she was pronounced dead on arrival. She was a standout student who excelled in three sports, softball, basketball and soccer. Mallory will always be remembered as the most focused and dedicated person on the playing field.

2007 First Mallory Bomboy Memorial Tournament

Long-time area umpire Harvey Gordon is pleased to have 46 teams fill the brackets of the first Mallory Bomboy Memorial Tournament secheduled for April 28. Proceeds from the tournament will fund a scholarship for a senior player in the Parkland Youth League.
