My grandma was a big supporter of the Steveston Buddhist Temple. She would often help the other women in the kitchen when there was a big service. I have so many fond memories of the food from that kitchen and I'm still trying to recreate the chow mein. If you would like to make a donation to the temple on behalf of Chieko Koyama's memory please visit the temple website .
