In Memoriam: Martin Dijkman

The Agilent Technologies team in the Netherlands has been shocked by the news of the passing away of our dear colleague and friend. We have lost a colleague who was greatly admired throughout the company, both locally and around the world.

Martin's professional knowledge and motivation have made a significant contribution to the success of our company. He was an inspiration to all the people he managed, his peers, and direct colleagues. We will miss his humor, his optimism, and his enthusiasm.

My Condolences to family and friends

Roel Wortman Mar 18, 2010

How terrible that Martin passed away so unexpected and so in the middle of his life. I hope that you can find the strength to overcome this tragic loss.

Until last year December I worked in the same office as Martin in Amstelveen.
When needed Martin was available to steer, advise us in his always very friendly and calm way. We were used to see Martin arriving at the office on Friday, always cheerfull, and having fun in what he was doing. He was a very kind and exceptionally good person.

Martin, I will not forget you.

Woorden schieten tekort...

Jan

Mi Amigo

Fred Hernandez Mar 15, 2010

Martin, Thanks for sharing so much of your personal life with me. I enjoyed hearing of your boys at practice, your family vacations and all the rest. It was nice to have POD as a way to not lose our connection. We talked about you coming with your family to Miami as soon as I returned from India but we never know what lies in store for us. As a selfish human I will miss you dearly and as a person of faith I know you are with the redeamer in the garden of glory. You were a great friend to Carmen and me. I miss you, I love you and will never forget you. God be with you and your family forever.
Your friend Fred Hernandez

Lost Of A Beautiful Person

Jesmine S Joseph Mar 15, 2010

I only met Martin once at PRA F2F Meeting in Boeblingen, Germany in mid 2009. Through that single meet and various chats on the phone/email I will always remember him as a fun, professional and overall beautiful person I am going to miss much. He has this genuine care and joy for anyone and everyone he meets. May Your Soul Rest In Peace, Martin!
