I had breakfast with Michael the morning of the tragic accident after only briefly making his acquaintence a few days prior. I was instantly impacted with his sparkling eyes and vibrant smile. Meeting him on Islas Secas has made a huge difference in our lives. He was a truly outstanding human being. We now join his long standing friends and family in paying loving tribute to a brilliant, kind, generous, passionate and tender individual. We treasure Michael & Talia's memory and send them light and love filled prayers on their journey.

Talia was ever radiant and joy-full that day - just happy to be with her loving friend - deeply immersed in "girl talk". I said goodbye and wished them a safe journey. She turned and flashed us her gorgeous smile and responded "you too".

The trees, the birds, the flowers, the ocean waves - all of Nature on that beautiful Island are sad, as are all who are blessed with their acquaintence. Michael will ever be a generous, shining inspiration. Our deepest sympathies to the family on their healing journey. Michael's parents raised a beautiful son; Talia's parents raised a beautiful daughter - short term angels who are now shining stars in our universe.
