I remember some great days at Palm Beach my family shared with the Robsons. My dad rowed in the Shore winning eight with Alistair and he was always very proud of that and treasured an oar with their names on it. My mum and Ann were also great friends and we shared many days at Palm Beach and several school holidays in Canberra. He was a wonderful man and I will always remember his kindness to me when my Dad passed away and he joined me in giving the eulogy at his service. I will always remember him very fondly and never forget his signatory bow ties. My love goes to all the family . Jane ( Stanistreet)
