God called your name (Alexander) In life you where loved dearly, in death we loved you the same.I It broke our hearts to lose you, daddy you did not go alone. The day god called you home you left us beautiful memories. Daddy your love is still our guide, though we cannot see you, you are always at our side. The family chain is broken, nothing seem the same, but as god calls us one by one the chain will link again. God bless us all
I remember Uncle Alec as a wonderful, warm and honest person. A person who loved people. During the bad Apartheid days, he, like his father Uncle Harry, was not afraid to openly associate with all races and all people of any standing in life. After he left South Africa for Australia, I met with people he had trained in the clothing industry. They could not praise him enough. A man who was the mentor to many people in the clothing industry, many who became owners of their own factories. My deepest sympathy to the family. I wish we can restore contact, which was lost after their move to Australia.
