Alf recruited me to PA Management Consultants Sydney office in 1966. However we had relatively few contacts because assignments took me to Newcastle, Melbourne, Singapore and Malaysia. However, those interactions were truly inspiring - Alf struck me as an intelligent and eminently kindly man. Those early memories have stuck with me vividly for 45 years.
