I am so sorry for your loss. Bernie was an inspiration to us all and will continue to be even though he is no longer here. He made millions laugh all over the world. Laughter is the gift that he left and one that should be cherished.

when I learned that Bernie Mac had passed, it was like a slap in my face, as I type this up now I fight back tears, because how do you say goodbye to some one you never said hello to, but in your heart you have hug him a million times, said goodnite to everyday, knowing that you will see him the next. And without a warning or a headsup, not even a change to perpare for him leaving this place, he's no longer here. If it would have been made known in advance, I thank everyone who loved him as much as I did, would have been able to tell him goodbye in a painful, but in a better way, than to have learn about it after the fact. Hey guys, I want to tell you about a dream had a few days after I heard Bernie Mac died. I had alot of fears a;boutd death and the afterlife, adn Ithink that this dream may bring comfort to those who read it... I remember walking down the street with a man in the twilight. The man was blury and could not be seen. I remember he was a black man. We were walking down the street of some major metropolis, and we both stopped to stare at a huge building. The building was about 120 stories high and stood strong among all the other buildings in the city. I remember the man next to me saying "There is the hospital. THey say alot of people there get saved." I also remember saying "Yeah,k but it still doesn't make me any less sad." Suddenly, I am by myself and a man walks toward me on the street. He is ablack man wearing glasses, a green shirt and blue jeans. He is carrying a backpack. As we begin to walk past each other, I realize who it is...it's Bernie Mac. When we are about to pass, I say "Is that you Bernie?" He stops and I stop. I shake his hand and say "God Bless You Bernie!" He looks and at me, give me a nod, and says "You too, man." He says it so calmly. We walk past each other. Suddenly, I find myself running through the hospital that was mentioned earlier. I am just running through the halls, with no initial destination in mind, and I climb up a fire escape that seems to come out of the side of the building. I find myself in a small room with a woman in labor, a child, a man, and an elderly grandmother standing there. I say "Is she having a baby"? The grandmother replies "Yes, and it is the most beautiful thing in the world." She also mentions to me to go get someone if I happen to see anybody. I keep running, this time with the idea of looking for a doctor. I run and run and come across a small room. Inside, I can barely see because I am at an odd angle. There is a doctor wearing green scrubs sitting in a chair, with his back to me. Suddenly, he turns around...and it is Bernie. He is laughing a good laugh and he looked so good and healthy. He was laughing, and I too began to laugh. I woke up after that, with tears streaming down my face. I missed him. BUt I think what he was trying to tell me was that in this life, we should not worry. In the next life, things will be perfect and to enjoy life here the best we can like he did. I think he came to me in that dream to tell me because I had worried about that all my life. I hope this helps. We love you Bernie Mac, and I hope you live the rest of eternity in peace. Also, Bernie in my dream was wearing a kind of bright clothing. I had this dream long before I read the article in a People Magazine that he loved bright colors. Think about that one America :)

Bernie Mac and Family, he will be well missed from my family and I. We watched all the movies and shows that he appeared in and loved it especially Kings of Comady. We enjoyed every minute of it. And just to let you know from the Greene family here in Charleston SC we cry alot everytime we watch the Bernie Mac show on TV with those kids.
