Even though I never met you in person, I think of you everyday. You will never be forgotten.

Brad was a talented actor and was very much gifted with his unique spirit. My favorite movie that he was in was The Cure. To me, that role was sensitive because it showed his sensitivity for a friend. A friend who had this disease. I Love You and Miss You!!! From the bottom of my HEART! R.I.P. Brad Renfro-1982-2008

If it wasn't for a dear friend of mine named billy who went to elementry school with brad i would have never met him , he was always a fun person to be around . so sweet , the fresh memory stuck in my mind was when he was still living with his grandmother joanne in knoxville , i used to live there too, is when we were both eight playing tag over at my friend billy's house with my mom , dad , richard , martha and my sister crystal and he was my first kiss when i was 8 yrs old and he would have been 28 this year because brad and i were born in the same year and i miss him just like everyone else who knew him . Rest in peace my dear friend you are in heaven now watching over us until we see you again .

Please let me calm myself down first because I simply can't write anything when I am weeping after each sentence. ... For me, you were always that 10-year-old boy with that attractive warm smile maybe with a touch of sadness and maturity, who I saw in 'The Client'. Troublesome life that you had, but it was a miracle that you came through. You had such a angel-like appearance, and it deserved to be compounded by a wonderful life. However, it didn't; your life was filled with drug-abuse, broken family, police custody and trouble. Sometimes I just want to ask, how can anything end up like this? Well, you deserved so much more in this world, but I am sure you have now found your true happiness in heaven. If you can hear me, i just want to say this: Thank you for everything brad. I will always love you and miss you. R.I.P

I can't believe you would have turned 28 this year, if I count back to when I met you it would be 10 years now. God, I miss you so much and you changed everything in me Brad. Your kind and gentle soul finally can find true happiness. You were so much wiser than all around you and yet so childlike and loving too. Always said you could play the blues like no one else and couldn't have known a sweeter person. I was blessed and I miss you, the days seem to go on but it doesn't stop the pain, it never will, I will never stop loving you and look forward to the day I see you. I know it wouldn't be right to say I want to see you now, you would be very angry with me but you know how I feel so I stay behind and watch as people come to see you in your movies for the first time, like I did when we met and they have such love for you, Mark and Angel and Haley miss you more than words can say darlin, I love you and Happy Birthday even if it is a few days away!!!!!!!!!:(

Stilll cant believe that such a young talented person lost his life thru drugs. I hate the word drugs coz my son has the same addiction and i have given up talkin and talkin. If it could have ended your life, who the hell is he that it cant end his life. R I P Brad. Hope our youth of today can learn from what happened to you.

It saddens me to think that he probably felt, that now as an adult, there was no longer use for him in the industry. It chews 'em up & spits them out. Amazing and cute child star, but then he grew up. I think the struggle to fit in and stay in the spotlight just got to hard. Not to compare but perhaps like Jonathan Brandis. He was never gone to me, even when he got older he got more skilled. My first eye opener was 'the client' what a talent. Then I saw 'Apt pupil' that movie creeped me out and so did his role - it was perfect. He had and edge that made people take notice. I'm so sorry for his family & his true friends - if any, sadly. May you rest in peace, dear Brad. Eventhough your gone, you are not forgotten. May these lights shine for you on your way, always. Love.

I have to say that to most people this might sound crazy, but I never knew who Brad was until he died. I was on the internet and when I heard that he died, it hit me so hard and I said to myself "Why, I don't even know who he is". Anyways, as the days went on, I couldn't get him out of my head, so I googled him and as I started to learn things about him and like a little school girl, I fell in love. I watch a couple of his movies such as Deuces Wild and Tart and when he was on Law and Order and I thought that myself "Why didn't I pay more attention to him when he was alive"?. People get so caught up on the A List actors and for the most part, they can't act and are not nice people but yet they are the ones who get all the roles and awards. I was really pissed off when the Oscars snubbed him because he was not only a good actor but a good person. After all, I didn't even know who he was and he change my life forever!

I first saw Brad on the client, although it was really on The Cure that I started following his career, I thought he was so talented and cute. I was crazy for him and was devastated to know about his passing. He will certainly never be forgotten.. We lost one of the great ones.. RIP Brad. Love you always
