I have a recorded video of an Opry show that Charlie did in 1992. He sang Pick Me Up On Your Way Down. Charlie was a true country music singer. I will miss seeing and hearing him perform. May God richly bless his soul and family. Kevin Lookabaugh Urbana, Ohio
I loved listening to Charlie . a great singer who always seemed to be so comfortable on stage. Loved when he spoke of his family.. I'm from a family of 12 children and i could relate about a lot of things he would say about his children . He will be sadly missed by all of us country fans. My sympathy and prayers to all of the family....Chris, Louisville.ky

Charlie will never be forgotten as we continue to listen to his wonderful tunes. I grew up listening to him. He is a great part of my life, and it is sad to see him go. RIP Charlie
