I worked with Chris, we had a fair bit of interaction in the past year or two and got to know the big guy and what i found was a big heart, he loved his movies, he loved his sports, he loved a good party and he loved his family. He taught me a lot. We had a tribute for you at work today, it was tough to see you again but nice to see that big smile. You are missed buddy.

We worked together, not every day but we had a fair bit of contact and in our chats about life and work I always knew there was so much more to the big man, he had a big heart, a big memory bank of old and new movie lines and a love of his sports but must of all he loved his family. Thanks for teaching me a lesson on how to live your life to the full and connect with so many people. We had a tribute today at work, it was nice to see you again.

Still dealing with the grief and I wake up every morning thinking it is a dream. Family are doing OK . Planning on a get together in a few months with old friends. I loved the big guy. Jeff

You were always great to be around during the old school days. You seemed to be constantly smiling and you were always protective of us girls. We lost touch over the years, but the memories of our friendship have never been lost. You were a true friend when we were entering our adult life and I will always hold those memories close. My love and prayers goes to your beautiful family. They have every right to be proud of you. Bye for now old friend.

Bolts, I remember when I first met you by chance at a pub (funny about that) and after a few minutes of conversation I knew that I'd met a friend for life. You were open, funny and above all just great to be around and that extended for the next decade or more and involved an ever increasing circle of friends and family. We had some fabulous times and I can't count how many times that I laughed at your antics, but above all it was your down to earth and family values that made me listen. I remember after a few beers one night when he was telling me to slow down on my pace of work and he left me with a phase I won't forget " lets work to live, not live to work!", and that pretty much typifies Bolty's approach to family and priorities. I learnt a lot from being around Chrissy and he will be sorely missed by many. Closing time, lets finish up!
