Dear Robert, I am not sure if anyone has yet to trply to you but yes, this is my dad and he sure did live in Church St and went to Chelt Primary. How wonderful that you made the effort to let us know this. I hope this finds you in good health and enjoying some fond memories of dad. We were very luck, he was a amazing father and he leaves us with so much. Regards shannon

I was a friend of Colin's and lived in Weatherall Road, not far from Church Street. In fact, I played football with him at Cheltenham. His mother and father were customers in my parents' milk bar and my father, Bill used to discuss music with Charlie Griss, Colin's dad. Both men were musicians of some skill. I ran into Colin twice in our later years, once at the Rickett's Point Teahouse in 1998 and at the Concourse in 2001. I will always treasure those two chance meetings. I am very sorry to hear of his passing and somewhat surprised because I thought he was very healthy. Colin was a moderate person and very wise, even as a young person in 1960 when I first associated with him. I can honestly say I will miss him.
