Diane, was greatly respected and admired for her abilities as an arts educator and friend. Her considerable abilities and dedication to ensure that her students where always challenged and simulated to achieve their best will continue in their teaching and own aesthetic development. As a colleague, her assistance and openness to communicate both about work and life will be remembered fondly. It is sad that her life has ended relatively far to soon. Throughout her illness she only manifested braveness and an attitude of hope. Diane's family was the centre of her life. Laurence and her two sons where always spoken about in our office discussions as central to her being and motivation to endure the health issues over the past several years. To Diane's family and close friends let it be known that her life has made a positive difference in this world. Ralph Eberlein
