To a dear friend and colleague - from my days at the Lyell Mac playing squash, eating curries and watching Byron grow up, appreciating the shiraz as opposed to the merloT!!! and enjoying Legs - surviving ECMO, you were there as a dear friend. A wonderful man with wit and wisdom. I am so glad you met my darling Gayle and our twins - I am sorry you are not there to see them develop into beautiful adults. I have always admired your intelligence...and then your courage and bravery as you battled the GBM...rest assured Byron is developing into a fine young man after yourself. I will miss you very much my friend. I will toast and remember you when I have a Black Shiraz... til we meet David
