My memory is of a dad who just simply loved his family. No great aspirations or wants, he loved sitting on his beloved verandah with a cigarette and a book. He cared for his wife, children and grandchildren and had many a wise word or a funny story. All those who crossed his path loved to have a laugh with Ted and his "what chance have you got" attitude to most things. You will leave a great void but there is much relief that you are out of pain. Love forever, Kate
