I first met Glen at PSG 1996. He walked into the Church of All worlds AGM wearing a silk teddy, wig and makeup and threatened to sling real mud if the meeting didn't take a more constructive tone. It was then I first realised want Faery was. Glen's presence in CAW during the 1990's helped keep us more than a little bit weird and keep us real - a genuine gift that only the rare wisdom and insight of someone who walked between worlds could bring. At PSG 1999 in Sydney I recall dancing a cauldron fire dance with him that truly took those present into the other world and back. My fondest memory of Glen was a Samhain night I shared with him and Ambrosia Jones up at the meidievil "castle" at Boweraville, NSW. We danced, drank, sang Leonard Cohen songs, shared secrets and received the best of Glen's worldly wisdom, wit and beguilement. He truly was the Dark Lord that night. I am grateful for his persistent determination to shatter all preconceptions and take the risks that helped shift the veils of perception between the worlds. Drink deep, and merry meet again, waterkin.
