Our Mother Irene Hughson was received some 99 pages of memories in the form of letter from her father Alfred Holton. These were donated to the Australian War Memorial in his honour and now will live on in history as a permanent donation to the AWM. We wer grateful that Mum had given these wonderful pages to us to see what a very good story they tell. She would be very pleased with the donation and the onging tribute to his honour.
