I will always remember beautiful Jill saying this statement "And I heard myself say....." which I now sometimes use myself.Jill was always telling my Mother, her next door neighbour in Hughes Street, an amusing story of some event that had happened to her...and in her outspoken way ....her tendancy to "speak her mind" she would be almost surprised to hear herself say something aloud that perhaps she shouldn't have said...but which was the truth as she saw it. She was funny, and so, so beautiful even in her advancing years and she gave my Mother and I some very happy times when we would stand around in the driveway talking.I'm so sorry to hear she has gone.Best Wishes to Virginia and all the family, From Shona Scott
