Having you as a friend, a consultant and my working colleague in Kiribati build a very good connections and respect for what you have contribute to my country and to my competence as a Land Valuer. I am in Melbourne John, doing my Masters in Property just like what you advised me to do, but now that you are not here, I know that I will miss your friendship and friendly advises. On the last day before you left this world and your beloved family, I heard from your dear wife that you are very ill. The news struck me and right away tears are pouring down on my face for I know that I am going to miss a friend, a colleague and the one who has been standing by me like a best friend supporting and providing me advises.
