A wonderful, gentle and caring man, who wanted to share his pleasure of singing. Joe sang at my wedding and he enjoyed his singing so much, he sang from the heart. He was a very gentle man whom I had known for some 20 years. He always said hello and smiled, he was so giving from his heart. He was always happy to help others in need and I know that he has enriched the life of so many people. His smile, his personality and his delightful voice will be missed by so many.
