the most i can remeber about josh was his smile and his willingness to be there for anyone whom needed him....he always gave me a big old bear hug when we would run into each other.....i can remember when him and his brothers were growing up....ill always remember my nephew as a warm caring individule who loved and was loved,he was my gentle giant,i will miss u josh,and some day we will join hands and walk down that golden street that the good lord set forth for us all........rest in peace my nephew,for u deserve too. love u and miss u

I know i haven't seeny you in YEARS! but, you were like family to me for so long, i remember calling you uncle josh, cause dad told me thats what i had to call you, lol. but i was fine with that. :) you did soooo much for my dad, maybe even my mom, and i know you did for me. i remember you picking me up in dads car, which i believe at the time, was that HIDEOUS blue station wagon, and taking me to school. lol. and i remeber when we went floating, and i was the only kid there, so i thought it'd be boring. but you didn't let that happen! we had a huge water fight, and your mom yelled at us for splashing! there's not a lot i can really remember, but of all things, the three things i remember most is: 1. Your smile, you had the most heart warming smile, and no matter what, that smile was always on your face. 2. Your voice, and i'll never be sure why, just something in your voice was so reasurring. 3. Your TREMENDOUS heart, it was made of gold. And there is nothing else i can say about that. Tremedous, is putting it lightly. you were an amazing person Josh. no one could ever amount to you, not in my book. i wish i would have let anthony cry for just a minute longer, in walmart that day, so i could have said hi to you one last time, and so you could have met him, i'm sure you could have got him to stop crying in a minute. i'll never forgive myself for it.. with that said, Love ya, Pun. We may have went our seperate ways, but a place in my heart has always been yours. We shared a love and a greater friendship. I will always remember the great memories we shared from arguing over the Colts and the Bears to laughing and playing with Bethany and Frankie. All three of us will miss you horribly!! Frankie will always cherish the memories of you two freezing in the woods on his first deer hunting trip!! He will cherish the gun forever. You meant so much to him, Beth and me. Josh was such a great person! We grew up together, so many memorable camping trips and weekends together. As adults though we didnt see each other as often when we did it was a greeting with a big bear hug and same with goodbye! Love ya cousin! We'l miss ya! Mindy

Today, we have to say our final goodbye, it is breaking my heart so bad. I know that once you got there your grandparents and freinds welcomed you with open arms, but this does not make me feel any better. I am going to miss you everyday for the rest of my life. I am going to enjoy the day that I am able to see you again. All morning I have been remembering all the good times we had with tears rolling. I can't imagine what life is going to be like not being able to see your huge smile. I love you, Son. All of your problems are now gone. Please watch over us and be there when we need. We haven't had many times together the past few years. But the times we did have together I will always cherish. You had an amazing heart and was such a great guy.. I know you are with all our family in heaven talking about the good old days. Look down on all of us down here and keep us safe. God earned a wonderful angel.
