Dear Sally and family,I was on utube and thought of Bilitis which I played and immediately took me back to the Palisade and Karl especially on a saturday mornings,I decided to look him up on his website only to hear this sad sad news,I so glad i had the chance to see him a few years back at the pub in Bondi J it was great seeing you and the children too.karl was the best boss I ever had in Sydney and london my memories are all good from those days and I feel your loss,please accept my belated and deepest sympathy to you all.I'm moving back to Bristol my home town this year and hope to visit Australia in 2013-14 when I can buy you lunch and catch up.Love Desx
