What a fantastic "yeh-yeh".!! Running after the grandchildren for their kinder and school and looking after them and sharing precious moments with them. He was so happy to share the story of how he drove the grandchildren all the way up to Mt Dandenong after school and kinder one day just because they wanted to see the mountain. "When the moutain won't come to you, you go to the mountain" and that is the motto that he had lived by. Great husband, great father, great brother-in-law, great uncle........will be very dearly missed by all.

He is always so caring and making sure that we are alright and never complains! We invited him over for dinner one night and I accidentally over cooked the beef, he didn't complain. In fact, he keep chewing and chewing away for a long time. He politely excused himself and visited the bathroom half way through the dinner...... He was also a very patient man. Once he was on the phone with me and was asking about the same thing over and over again, I thought I had answered his questions, but obviously I didn't quite understand what he was saying. Then, out of the blue, he said,...."you got la?" There was a silent from my end, I totally didn't understand what he was talking about....?! He still politely persisted asking the same question. After a full 5 mins, then I realised, he was wondering whether I still have got an item that he has been looking for..... Silly me!
