I'm rather pissed that Cuse and Lindehof had killed off Michael so quickly. I once read an article that the reason so many LOST fans dislike Michael is because he is a lot closer to what they really than to whom they would prefer to identify with. Judging by the above comments, I think that person was right. I think that Michael's character and experiences really disturbed fans because he was basically your average citizen who was shown to be capable of great darkness when driven to it. We are all like that, but we do not want to admit it. When it comes to themselves, people are basically cowards.

thats not the correct date of death. that's the date the episode aired, but it's not the date on the show that he died. and we don't even know if he's actually dead anyhow. why would you spend your time with this and not even get all the info right?
