Mrs. Tidbury was my 11th grade history teacher more than 10 years ago. I remember how she would teach us the interesting parts of history and not just the dates. A couple times, when I was having fights with my friends, she would let me stay in class during her free period and we would talk about how to handle "drama." I am now a teacher and I understand that she was setting her work aside to help me. She touched my heart.
