I FIRST SAW PATRICK IN DIRTY DANCING AND FELT HE JUST PUT HIS HEART AND SOUL INTO MAKING YOU BELEIVE IN JOHNNY CASTLE AND HE MADE YOU FEEL IT WAS A LOVE STORY., BUT SINCE THEN I SAW HIM IN THE LAST DANCE AND LISA JUST MATCHED PATRICK BEAUTIFULLY YOU COULD SEE THEY WERE SOUL MATES AND TRUE LOVERS MY HEART GOES OUT TO HER AND I HOPE SHE CAN HOLD ON TO ALL HER WONDERFUL MEMORIES OF PATRICK AND THEY GIVE HER SRENGTH.

There was never any scandal about Patrick or Lisa and they were trully made for eachother 2 peas from the same pod. I cannot imagine her loss now and hope that she believes that patrick will be forever by her side watching over her and visiting her in her dreams. What to say? I have been a fan for many years and was devastated to learn of his passing. I had to watch ghost (again) but it was heartbreaking because it seemed real this time. At least we have those memories. My heartfelt condolonces to his beautiful wife and hope that it is true that time does heal.

i was about 4 i think when i 1st saw Dirty Dancing and it captured me then and has always been my favourite film and as i grew older i understood the magic behind it and didn't just see it for the dancing, that was 20 years ago and thats how long Patrick has held a place in my heart, i love all his films and the series North and south he did! My thoughts are with Lisa and the family coz we have truly lost an amazing guy, terrific dancer and horseman. you will never be forgotten xxxx

I don't think I have felt the death of any celebrity more than I have with Patrick, I had a major crush on him after watching Dirty Dancing but fell in love with him after seeing Ghost, it was the only movie that I went to a theatre more than once to see. I dragged every friend that wanted to go see it with me!! But he shouldn't be remembered for just his movies, he was just a nice man, a gentleman and a loving & caring man, his love for his wife Lisa and his love for his animals out shone any role that he could have played on the screen. I will never watch another movies of his without crying, knowing he is no longer with us.

My son first watched Dirty Dancing when he was 4 years old, he is now 26 and still loves to watch Dirty Dancing at least once a month. Our whole family has loved watching his films together and we will continue to do so. He was amazing! Friends and family members are often separated by distance. But we know that God is the tie that binds us all together, no matter where we are.
