For a few basketball seasons we would see Russell, Alison, Ayban & Riley twice every Saturday at each of Ayban & Riley's Basketball games. My Connor has been playing in Riley's team for about 4 seasons and my other son Lachie, played his first ever season in Ayban's team, with Russell coaching in 2009. Russell was a wonderful introduction to the world of basketball for Lachie. I loved watching Lachie being coached by him during the half time intervals of Riley's basketball games... he continued to take a genuine interest in helping Lachie (despite not being his coach, nor Lachie being in the same team as Ayban in 2010). Russell showed so much patience, respect and encouragement towards Lachie and all the boys. Thank you Russell. Deepest sympathy & love to Alison, Ayban & Riley.
