The Fernmeldeturm Münster (Telecommunication Tower Münster) or, colloquial: "Fernsehturm" (TV-Tower) is the modern landmark of Münster completed in 1985/86. The 222.5 metre high tower, which is used for directional services and TV-, VHF- and UHF-transmission is not accessible to the public. The basket of this tower, which carries also the name "Münster 42" has a diameter of 40 metres and is situated in a height of 108 metres. Fernmeldeturm Münster, which has a weight of 14000 tons, is property of the Deutsche Telekom.

Tortoise Mountain TV Tower(Guishan TV tower) is a 311.4 metre high TV Tower at Wuhan, China. It is a concrete tower equipped with an observation deck in a height of 210 metres. It does not stand directly upon the hill, which is occupied by an ancient temple(Three kingdoms era of ancient China). Guishan TV Tower is China's first self-developed TV tower. You can find rows of sculptures of ancient warriors on the hill with detailed introduction. The two hills, face each other beside the Yangtze river, are full of historic ruins.
