Stuart was a very protective brother when I was little I used to look up to him and know I was always safe in his presence. To me Stuart was 20 yrs before his time he was an entrepreneur We lived in Invercargill where the people are very conservative and Stuart decided to buy a restaurant which he turned into a nightclub and introduced the bunny girls which went down like a leaded balloon. He ventured into other businesses improving the family business into one of the busiest fruit shops in Invercargill where he went to gore and Dunedin to also sell fruit.Where we all were called onto do our bit I remember when Jacky and I would have to go to Gore an hour away from home and take truck loads of stock. He came to visit last year and we had a wonderful time with him the thing he liked most was to embarrass me as he would go to and have a coffee at a cafe and give the staff a hard time and before he went back to Sydney he would insist we had to go to lunch with him and as soon he would enter the cafe you already new he had made his mark the staff would be on edge and he would get such a buzz.Stuart lived for the day he never at any stage worried about what people would think he was a good person and helped a lot of people.
