I 'accidently' saw the notice of Suzanne's passing and felt quite an unfathomable sadness as I read. Suzanne and I spent many, many hours and occasions with each other through our primary school years, painting, chatting, improvising, dressing-up, doing joint projects (I still have one), delighting in the wonders of television (!), being bunnies, angels, ballerinas, nurses, Faraway Tree people, et al. And, wow!, being invited for dinner with her at the Chevron Hotel, was so incredible! Though a long time ago, I still hold Suzanne dear - for her friendship, twinkle and sweetness. My thoughts to all who are close to her. Judi Appleby

Suzanne's laughter will always resonate like beautiful music. She found joy in the moment, irony and humor in life's surprises, ever reminding us that our life is too important to take too seriously. She slipped out quietly and gracefully in a dream, she was our beautiful dream. Holly and Corky

Suzanne, so gentle and so strong. Once I asked Suzanne what brought her to Siddha Yoga. She told me that she was looking for a community to be part of and that Siddha Yoga was that community. For me, Suzanne always was taking care of, building and nurturing our community in all her service, in the great capacity she had for really hearing people and giving her attention fully with patience and love. As I remember Suzanne now I can feel the enthusiasm and the love that she radiated to all around her. Thank you Suzanne for the very great privilege of knowing you and sharing seva and friendship with you through the years.

Suzanne, Jim, Sue and Peter created something special with those week-long holiday/retreats filled with Tai Chi and Yoga at Valley Homestead many years back. I am sure many participants found them a valuable interlude in their lives. A week without a watch on one's wrist - I had almost forgotten. And I only recently reconnected with Suzanne at yoga classes here in Melbourne - so nice to meet up again. Thank you Suzanne for sharing your creativity with others.

I was blessed to know Suzanne through our offering of seva for Gurumayi's tour to Australia. I had the joy of working along side with her on the management team. Suzanne was always -- always!!! - so very graceful, gentle and kind. A radiant smile and gentle laugh was almost always dancing on her face, I can still hear her laugh as I think of her. To me, she seemed to know the perfect way of making time for everything and everyone in her life, and balance that beautifully. Though it seems unbelievable that she has left this world, she did so with the amazing grace and ease in which she lived her life. Her greatness shines even in her transition. Blessings to you dear Suzanne and thank you for the light and love you shared so generously. My heart is with all the rest of you who love Suzanne. With great love, Kunti (From California)

Suzanne 's dedication to the path of Siddha Yoga inspired me when we first met. Recently we re-connected through another project we were both passionate about and she was even more generous, loving, steady and thoughful, while remaining light hearted and radiantly content. She showered blessings on everyone who came in contact with her. Thank you Suzanne for your time with us.

Suzanne was a much loved mentor and role model in my life as a Siddha Yoga student. Whenever I think of Suzanne I am aware of the love and generosity that she gave so freely and sincerley. What a radiant being. Compassionate, loving, beautiful, enthusiastic, joyful, steady, wise, engaging, a great listener and facilitator, passionate about her family, friends and life. She always wanted the best for people and her listening, lightheartedness, playfulness and encouragement allowed others to shine as she did. She will be sadly missed and always lovingly remembered.

Suzanne was an important part of my childhood. She helped look after all of the kids at the Ovens Valley Tai Chi workshops and always made sure there was some exciting project for us to work on. I remember the meditation sessions she would lead us kids on, I would always feel lighter and more free afterwards. She was well loved and will be sorely missed by all who knew her.

Suzanne The Sunniest... Inspiring, empathic, genuine, generous, capable, caring… Committed to the best interests of all, especially your beloved Jimmie, your beloved kids and grand-kids and friends like us… Sharing love of life with all it’s ups and downs, sharing dance and all the arts - reading books, writing books - meditation, education, delicious food, travel, dogs, the great outdoors, lovely interiors, charitable work and all things nourishing beautiful and uplifting. A most responsible person, always on time, never over-staying your welcome, we are grateful you left peacefully, but forgive us for saying – from our selfish point of view – you left a little too early. We will miss you and continue to cherish all you have given.
