So many memories - Tea was a great friend. When I was a stranger to Australia she gave me a birthday party and baked me a cake. She cared for my daughter, Caresse , in after kindie hours. She made a beautiful dress for Caresse for one of her birthdays. I helped Tea train her cat. Tea gave so much more than she received and I can never repay her or replace the hole in my heart that her passing has left. There were also some very funny memories. Almost enough to write a book - and too many to write here and now.
Tea was a very special friend to my family. If you needed her help she would always be there to help you. Her daughter Natua was the love of her life. She was a strong woman who could stand alone if needed. She was a fabulous cook and very handy with a sewing machine. Tea was loyal, caring, loving and fun to be around. She loved Jesus and knew that with Jesus on her side she would never have to face any situation alone. She loved dressing up and putting makeup on especially during her sick days, She would say that it made her feel better. My family adored her and will miss her dearly, She made our lives so much happier by just being there, I prayed to her to give me Oprah tickets n when I did win them, I raced up to her place to tell her I won and thanked her. She had the biggest smile on her face. She knew she would not be around to see me there on the 14th Dec but I know when I'm there at the Opera House forecourt my beautiful friend Tea will be right next to me in spirit. R.I.P and never forgotten...The Oxley's
